If you follow the procedure on pages 14 and 15 of the conduct code regarding avoiding delay, and no help is offered and no reason why no help was offered is given. And you cut off, the remainder of your duty including tracked items ,is then completed by someone on o/t.
How can you be charged with Unacceptable delay of premium products? When there has been no delay?

This is a case of bullying. There was someone who said he'd worked 30 years and never seen bullying. If you've informed your manager that you cannot complete,I would argue that it's now their responsibility to cover what you can't. So it follows, you are not responsible for the delay. Is the manager facing conduct proceedings?

They keep saying quite rightly we have to keep our promise to the customer we have a contract with the customer, surely it’s not only the opgs responsibility , the managers have a part to play too
Also as the packets were delivered and none failed how can it be delay?

Ask for copy of the product specification the manager is relying on.
What about the 2d products that failed, did the manager scan them as not attempted as per the product spec.
