2nd class mail and revenue
A customer recently told me they'd stopped sending things first class as virtually everything they send gets there the next day anyway. I've also noticed it with metered mail, we're delivering second class metered mail the day after it has been metered meaning it's going as first. They go on about saving money, yet this must be costing them revenue. It's daft.
