Are we still entitled to free redirections?

Yes -speak to your line manager and he will be able to process it for you

Cheers mate, It's more for a deceased relative who's mail we want sent to our house, hopefully we can still get it but it's no big deal.

Sorry to hear that but I don’t think you’ll be able to get this free as it has to be your mail
