I have recently been through a conduct case which I have now been cleared of, the issue I have is I have lost a lot of earnings potential because of it. Who do I contact to discuss this issue?.

Did they suspend you.

Lost earnings was it sa or pressure overtime.

I performed SA every other week, booked excess most weeks and yes I was suspended for 14 weeks.

You can go through the Union or even ACAS and ultimately a tribunal. However, the chances of winning won't be based on whether you are "not guilty" of the act that caused the suspension, but whether in the circumstances then present and the information available was the suspension a reasonable act.
