dingo put the exact amount out in a post at the time. it was either £9.13...or £9.15. so take tax and nat/ins off that.

£9 odd extra on my pay now. It must have something to do with the tax allowance going up. im not complaining.

Yes I got£5.80 and now £3 extra because of the tax code change

My POAL hasn’t been deducted from my pay for the last two weeks. Basically when we got the pay rise.
Contacted HR about this and was told an error has been made.

No.
POAL is a Percentage of your pay, depending on how much you buy and how much basic leave entitlement you have.
The percentage will be the same level, just pay more in line with pay increases.
