If seen a small revision at our office n the amount o& backstabbing n nastiness was unbelievable. A resign would benefit me but I’m not fussed either way. Is it generally a good thing or a bad thing

We have not had a revision for 8 years. Been told not likely to get one any time soon as it means they will have to put hours into the office and we know RM only like to do the opposite.
