How do you replace a broken Freeview box in the canteen ?

Is it definitely broken? There are currently problems with reception due to atmospheric conditions caused by the high pressure weather we have at the moment.

the licence fee is a good point does every office have to pay a fee
shops in the high st ie hairdressers nail bars etc all have to pay for licence and also a public broadcasting fee for playing music through tv or radio
should every office have to do this
