problem with transfer

Post by FFeeMAN »

Hey

It’s gonna be 4 years this year since I have joined to Royal Mail. My contract is 21.45

From day one I have been strongly motivated and have been working very hard, I do average 50-60 hours a week. I just love what I’m doing and I’m doing a lot ! I have been working in more than 15 offices. All managers I have been working for knows my name and knows Im working my ass for them every time they are in s**t.

I have been offered 35 hrs contract from the other office I have been doing recently overtime.
The other office is only 15 miles away from place I’m working now but I was gonna moved there in a few weeks any way (personal reasons) so I though that super good news.
My DOM doesn’t want play ball on that one..

Obviously he wont let me be transferred to the other office. That is why I was gonna apply for any available vacancy internally just to get away from that evil man.
Problem is I can’t log in to myfuture / success Factors believe me I have been trying every option. It just doesn’t work..

I stoped doing overtime for my office. They are playing with me now every day..
I have been told that if I not doing overtime for them I cant go and do overtime to somewhere else.. even on my day off I have to let them know what I'm doing.
I just turn off my phone on my day off and going to the other office to grab some hours anyway. But whole this s**t it does stressing me out. For a firs time i feel like I don't want to go to work. It's really bad

I need an advice what are my option here?
What i can do?
Is there other option to get that transfer done?
What they can do if I’m carry on doing overtime in the other office?

Thank you very much for any help :]

Does any one

In the past I had the same problems as you to log in to Myfuture / Success Factors, the only one who has the power to solve it is your line manager, him can enter in your RM profile and attach your email to your personal data. that way you can reset your Success Factors password

I hope this can help you
