Strange! A socialist workers website reporting on a CWU membership problem!
It is welcomed publicity, just makes me wonder why our own Union are not so vocal in support of its bullied members?
Will there ever be a resolution to the bullying culture ? Or is it now just an accepted norm?, is it going to be written into all staffs contracts of employment that it will be managements right to do as they like before tearing down all previous T&Cs currently enjoyed by members ? The end is nigh and the CWU hierarchy are responsible, they should hang their heads in shame once they remove them from the sand! Ostriches and clueless to their members plight, embarrassing in reality.

Good few office had mediators in last few months....
Hopefully they terminate the managers contracts,
And don't move them into other offices and cause more bullying.

Hopefully it's the start of the culture change fingers crossed

What are YOUS going to do about all this bullying and taking the pish. Why don't YOU all come out at the same time and support each other because if you don't it will soon be the same in all offices. It's getting to be an embarrassment now, the lack of backing each other up. FFS stop being so impotent.

Saturday and Monday would be taken off the same wage slip .it's different when it comes to striking

The big question is,
Why do they remove some managers straight away after staff walk out for bullying,
But some office they don't....
The only answer I can come up with is that the office that don't remove managers straight away are the sector manager pets.
The sector managers has to realise we're his staff as well and should be taken care of the postmen .
Not backing bulling management.
