Not paid enough tax

Any one else had a letter from HM Revenue and Customs? Apparently I havent paid enough tax and owe £190.80

I had that 2 years ago...they just took extra tax the next year, although i'm sure I must have overpaid that year...should probably look into that...lol

You did? I just wonder how it can happen? There’s enough of us on the same rate of pay with the same employer how can they have under taxed Me?

It could depend on other income you've got from other sources too, not just your RM pay. HMRC have apparently got
some sort of all singing and dancing IT system called 'Connect' that collects data from loads of sources. Big Brother is watching you.....

Think it happened to me because I took out the salary sacrifice car scheme half way through the tax year so it messed it up, it's only an extra couple of quid a week they take of ya.

You'll probably find after the March budget & the new April tax year you owe a lot less? They may even owe you?
