Off with stress

Been off since Jan 7th with stress - sickline from the doctor till start of Feb. Doctor told me they should not be contacting me until I start back. Been getting phone calls and texts.. any advice?

Just inform them you won't be back until your sick note runs out. Agree a contact strategy with them and f**k what they want.

no they shouldn't be contacting you , but you need to answer and make it clear to them that your off with stress and you have a doctors note till ? and tell them that you will contact them when this note runs out and you have seen your doctor .

When i went in with my sickline it stated on the note it was due to stress and I verbally communicated it to my(one of many) managers. Had the DM asking me to attend a "management interview" I replied I could not make it in. Got a reply today (a week after) saying he will phone me tomorrow!

I was off with stress/depression and told at stage interview by manager that the stage won't be issued as they had failed in their duty of care ,a week later the stage was issued.

Managers have no clout nowadays! Puppets, instructed by conference calls and invisible tyrants chasing to fruits if a bonus culture that is rotten, always to the detriment of delivery staff!
