AFAIK it's 14 days to notify the registered keeper, in your case Royal Mail. That'd then trickle down to your office to ID the driver, which may take a few extra days. If you don't hear anything by end of next week I'd say your in the clear.

Happened to a guy in our office. By the time they got it down to who was driving, it was the last day for him to pay the fine before it doubled (bus lane infringement). He had to go straight to a post office and pay it.

In my previous job it took over a month to come through. Ticket went to the lease vehicle owners, then to my company, then to me. To be safe, if you’ve not heard by the end of February, you “should” be ok

You should be done. What if the police van that you didn't see until the last minute was a kid. They wouldn't stand a chance and you were obviously driving in a built up area of the speed limit 30. No mate you deserve to get points at least. It's not as if your one of two mph over your 24% over the limit.

You are correct. 14 days for the law to notify the registered keeper, who then has 28 days to inform them who was driving. My guess is, that as the 14 days has passed, if Royal Mail have been informed, word should quickly filter down to the OP's DOM(and the OP!) the paperwork is incoming. Surely Royal Mail is quick to act with things like this?arnold cheshire wrote:How do you know it's the end of next week I thought it was 28 daysscoobymunster wrote:AFAIK it's 14 days to notify the registered keeper, in your case Royal Mail.
