What notice period does royal mail have to give you in regards to changing your working hours?
As a reserve or duty holder.

employment law says an employer must give you reasonable notice if they want to change your working hours and I think it was 28 days when we moved onto the longs and shorts.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
