Stressed

This is a stressful job and myself and the other op can't cope I get aggitaveted most evenings RM don't care

Stress is a killer, don’t ignore and seek help.

Go to your manager in the morning and ask for a ' stress in the workplace risk asessment ' put it in writing ideally and get it witnessed by your rep or collegue. Your manager has to take immediate action by law. There are forms and an action plan has to be formulated to reduce the level of stress you and your collegue are experiencing.
Stress is a serious issue and it can be resolved by the stress WRA.

RM use HSE's management standards template or a close approximation of it.
Theirs is called ' safety, health & environment guidance; guided conversation for stress.
