When do the have your say surveys come out?

Doesn't seem that long ago that we filled it in. I would guess is it in May or June?

Tea and biscuits in the room and forced to fill in the surveys in "work time" to try and improve the response rate from last year. What people put is largely irrelevant. They will do what is best anyway.

They get issued out blank and get sent back blank,regardless of the pressure from above to fill them in,yet another office point scoring debarkle,they did used to get filled in,resulting in non addressing of the issues raised,so now we don’t bother,and so we don’t have an action plan to sort things out,it’s have your say but don’t raise too many delicate and controversial issues as that won’t go down at all well,I think it’s called apathy,not ideal I know,but if history is anything to go by,we know by now that they ain’t gonna change anything,put up shut up!
