RM will have to find some time saving such as collating the D2Ds into sets otherwise we will be doing more work unpaid.
The views I express here are mine alone and do not represent the views of Royal Mail Group.

If you look through a lot of Celgar's posts his/her office seems to suffer a lot from posties doing work unpaid/not getting paid for lapsingA2B wrote:How and why will you be doing unpaid work?Celgar wrote:RM will have to find some time saving such as collating the D2Ds into sets otherwise we will be doing more work unpaid.
which takes them over their hours (which shouldn't be done anyway).

Re: unpaid work, if it’s anything like our office, several posties start at 6:15ish, doing their D2Ds, prepping their walks, etc and don’t get paid overtime for that. They still finish at 2:30 sometimes. I guess that’s what he’s saying about unpaid work.
For our place, it’s a bigger story that that, because some take the piss, but those who start before 6:42 don’t get paid for it.
