A log time ago before the real share issue we had a phantom share issue.
When we were due to get a big payment they declared them worthless.
The incentive underpin payment was then cobbled together as a compromise.
It is a sort of "share in success" productivity payment to reward us for our hard work. It gets paid at xmas to make it look as though the xmas bonus is £200.

We got a new tele at the signing on desk
