RM will have to find some time saving such as collating the D2Ds into sets otherwise we will be doing more work unpaid.

If you look through a lot of Celgar's posts his/her office seems to suffer a lot from posties doing work unpaid/not getting paid for lapsing
which takes them over their hours (which shouldn't be done anyway).

Re: unpaid work, if it’s anything like our office, several posties start at 6:15ish, doing their D2Ds, prepping their walks, etc and don’t get paid overtime for that. They still finish at 2:30 sometimes. I guess that’s what he’s saying about unpaid work.

For our place, it’s a bigger story that that, because some take the piss, but those who start before 6:42 don’t get paid for it.
