I was issued a stage 2, how long is it before I’m off the stage 2 is it 6 months? And does it revert back to stage 1 or cleared off completely?

6 months to clear then back to no stage :thumbup

No Not quite You are on the stage 2 for 6 months and then it reverts to stage 1 if you only had one absence with 9 days or less.
If you only have one absence of 4 days or less. You come off the procedure altogether or 0 after the 6 months is up
