New one to me this morning that it's business policy to do the 1 minute IPS prep test every week on staff, it's apparently to build a picture over a month or so to see if there is performance issues....

All abit pointless, the 1 min test. I could run down the road for a minute but it wouldn’t mean I could run a marathon though..
