Indoor Prep time and performance

New one to me this morning that it's business policy to do the 1 minute IPS prep test every week on staff, it's apparently to build a picture over a month or so to see if there is performance issues....

All abit pointless, the 1 min test. I could run down the road for a minute but it wouldn’t mean I could run a marathon though..

ASK for leadership to be the benchmark ie get the manager tested at the same time and if you can manage that their manager it's only fun and games the most difficult part is how can they sort with a mug and biscuits in hand!
