Our gaffer says anyone down for Scheduled attendance on either the 25th or 26th wont be paid it, as these are non service days? I assumed these would be paid, same as any other bank holiday.

What if your signed for SA was on the Monday (Christmas Eve and then New Years Eve)? as Royal Mail changed it to Saturday style collections, should we not be entitled to SA payment?
