Sa Holiday Payment

Can someone tell me if RM can pay the Sa holiday payment per day?

My Dom is saying you have to have a whole weeks annual leave to get it.

The trouble is my annual leave week was the 24/12/18, which obviously was Xmas pressure, and RM wouldn't allow time off at this period.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are on annual leave or your SA day/shift falls on a bank holiday then you still get paid the SA, you do not need to be on A/L the whole week to receive it, your DOM is trying to pull a fast one.. See your union rep if he still won’t pay it..

One of the gaffers was working on mine earlier today; I haven't even been on leave so yours is definately chatting crap. You get it for bank holidays, as explained above.
