Tracks indoor locker scan how does it work
My passenger had a tracked for a close no entrance to close so kept the tracked parcel the next day, ie not what I would have done I would have p739 for next day, anyway what on the pda do the guys in the locker hit on the pda to scan tracks for delivery? is it indoor on menu then something? to get tracks ready for delivery so it doesn't show up as fail?

The information you seek, I feel, is beyond your pay grade ? You do not need to know how the Tracked Items are scanned but only that they are 
The recipient recieves a text or e-mail stating the item has arrived at the Delivery Office and will be out for delivery later the same day. As OPGs our job is to get a DOORSTEP SCAN of the 2D bar code and deal with item following standard operating procedures.
Posties on Delivery should not be modifying any Indoor Scan to cover bad practice . . . that's where anarchy lies

Saturday retentions should be scanned as "inaccessible" endorsed Saturday Retention and passed to the Prio Locker/placed on the Retention Yorkie. It then gets rescanned as ready for delivery on Monday.
In no way should an official Sat Retention be P739'd

You can scan as “address inaccessible” via the indoor delivery screen. Then attempt delivery the next day. If you can’t access the road or address, how can you P739?
