Do Postman have the right to refuse to deliver any information or polling cards or anything else to do with a 2nd referendum if they believe democracy is being attacked or does he get forced to deliver material of a dictatorship.

The answer is NO, there is however a conscience clause if you feel you could be attacked by delivering political leaflets.
