Collections Xmas Eve hours

Like the title says ,in your office what hours are full time collections staff working.

On a Hybrid duty we have been told no collections in the afternoon come in 2 hours early if you wish and help prep job and finish

that does sound a very civilised office ! on the Saturday hours response does that mean they're working 7h 36 m or more like a 4/5 hour Saturday ?

probably too much of an issue getting it agreed with local union to do it for the whole office at this short notice, seems theyve left it as an option to the individuals. Those who do come in early probably end up doing more work.

I would have expected RM to have them staff be used to help clear any backlogs. Tracked could still be very busy on the xmas eve

They have been living off the goodwill of the 4 guys on hybrids this year including myself as we have been working through our breaks to get back to the office in time for the collections luckily there is a gap between the first box. They have offered us OT to come in 1.5 hrs before our time 9.52am to help prep our own walks . So I think a bit of goodwill from their side should be offered!

I am on a Hybrid duty for a reason 1. Family friendly so can see the kids off to school 2. Avoid all the hassle in the morning
