Has my Christmas OT been underpaid?

I am on PT 25 hours and my contract states that I start at 9.00am, for 2 weeks I have started at 6.24am and received £166.00 as OT, the amount seems a little low to me, have I been underpaid?

it depends payroll goes thru on Mondays in my office (and that varies office to office) so if youre asking about this past week then no. Also you dont say how many days youve attended which will affect total hours worked.
Also it tells you the overtime hours worked on the payslip, so you dont need to go by amount paid.
Keep a diary of your OT itll make life a lot easier to work this out going forward.

Started early OT on 26th November and I've done 10 days of it. An extra 2hrs 36mins daily

As Postie45 says, how many hours overtime are shown on your pay slip - it should be listed as "SSPR".

2hr 36m a day is 13 hours a week, making you up to full time 38 hours. The pay slip just received will only include the overtime for the first week you did it, so £166 is just for that week.

My OT is not on my payslip as I made a big complaint to my DOM about not receiving it and it was payed separately to my payslip

Well it definitely only sounds like it is for the first week.

Assuming you are in your first six month and are over 18, your hourly rate is £10.25 and you get £0.66 Delivery Supplement - making £10.91 an hour at SSPR. £166 at that rate is over 15 hours overtime. If you get any other supplements (such as RRIS) that will also be in the SSPR rate. Some offices maybe paying Christmas overtime at SA rates and I don't know what they are.

You should only have received overtime for the week 26 Nov to 01 Dec 18 so far, so it doesn't look like you have been under paid. Overtime is paid the week after you do it.

After chasing it up for 2 weeks with my the Union rep everything has been paid correctly including my bonus
