Sick pay

Wondering if anyone can help, I’ve been off work ill for the last 3 days and have checked my pay slip for Friday to see I’m getting paid significantly less than expected. First question is, are you paid for the week you have worked or paid for the week previously worked? Second question is, my understanding was you were paid full pay when off sick but appears not?
This is my first absence since joining Royal Mail (been working here just over 7 months) so unsure how this all works.

Sorry, no sick pay except statutory for the first 12 months.

Overtime can be a week in hand. Contractural is the same week, we don't do a week in hand.

Also, some more bad news, your Christmas bonus will be affected as you aren't being paid.
