Last Thursday Tarporley, a small depot in Cheshire walked out to protest about how a young postman had been dealt with by the Area Manager. It was an absolute disgrace verging on torture over the last 6 weeks. The work ethic and integrity of the young postman is excellent. Staff at Tarporley are in FULL support of the young postman and are to be balloted for full Industrial Action on Tuesday.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

theres more and more offices walking out . and this shouldn't be left to be dealt at local level it should be NATIONALLY as it was part of the 4 pillars .

Any details on what for?POSTMAN wrote:The Postman was sacked.
Let's guess, not clearing his frame, prepping fast enough so was prep tested everyday for 6 weeks, nesting door to doors or another idiotic minor error which management turn a blind eye to if you're one of the chosen favourites?
