Can anyone tell me if I will be entitled to Xmas bonus. Been working for royal mail since June. And how much do part time get for bonus?

YES - you are entitled to the bonus payments.

pro-rata pay for for part-timers ( ie 19 hours per week = 50% of bonus, 28.5 hours = 75% etc... ).

Yes, but surely it will also be pro-rata based on the fact that he/she didn't start with RM until June.

Negative. I think the only criteria is that you are "employed as a RM employee and working" during the 4 week run up to Christmas ! ... or something similar. If your employment commenced in June you qualify :thumbup

So what you're saying is, that someone who started with RM in November 2018 gets the same bonus at Christmas 2018 as someone who started with RM in April 2017, if their contract is for the same number of hours.

That can't be right, surely?

99% certain this is correct.
Only have to be in post for the duration of Xmas duties to recieve the bonus.

Agree with this. I started November 2017 and got the full bonus (was pro-ratad on contracted hours but not on length of service so received the same as everyone else on the same hours).
