We are having problems with O/T being paid on time and correctly in our office.
What is the process for signing 552s. Should it be in an accessible place.
A new starter told me this is by far the worst system he has come across. He feels so cheated that he's already looking for a new job after 4 weeks.

I wouldn't refuse to do my delivery that's gross misconduct and sackable. But I would refuse to do any docket until I was paid my dues. The whole office should do the same as these psycho doms would soon pay the o/t when the spotlights from above are on him for the wrong reasons. Doms have FULL ACCOUNTABILITY for their office. The area ops managers have a very light touch approach and are mostly accountants for a cluster of 30 offices. So don't let your dom tell you that his hands are tied and he/she are waiting on an answer from above, it's bullshit.hans solo wrote:refuse to go out on delivery until previous days docked filled and signed
