Get in the office every Friday morning and give them the figures day by day for previous week, and demand it gets sorted that week. If not , let them know if the only way to get paid correctly is to work your hrs, so be it.nuns wrote:last 3 weeks wrong o/t .... happens every 5/6 week for over a year ... who's on the fiddle?

The same happens in our office now, used to be able to put your overtime down when you get back on the docket, everyone was happy. Now they’ve changed the system, instead they will check the signing out times and OT will be paid only if traffic figures are above model week. How the hell are we supposed to know what the traffic figures are each day and if we’re getting paid OT?. B****cks to it I say just work to time...

And your office is taking that s**t. No f.....g way. I would rather be up in barlinnie with my pride intact and the dom up in the royal with his balls not intact. There is only so much a person can take. When he starts taking food out of your family's mouth then enough is enough.Jpro747 wrote:The same happens in our office now, used to be able to put your overtime down when you get back on the docket, everyone was happy. If you've signed for and done the extended overtime, you get paid for it. End of. He's pulling a fast one if he's spinning a line about under model, no overtime, and needs reporting. You should all just work your hrs and see how the office runs....or doesn't.

The managers do this to balance the books in each office. Prey on most vulnerable by not paying them correctly then shoulder the blame on another DOM (failed postman) or the likes
