so did the ballot papaers get sent out today????

i heard the ballot papers were being sent out on the 9th...does anybody know if this is true.or are they going to hang on for as long as possible ie get christmas out of the way first before the count comes back.

i wouldnt say that was cynical..its just that we,re used to how royal mail operate..

nothing would surprise me..
