Other units & functions that were able to complete their agreements by the 21st September 2018, will also go live
on 1st October 2018, but payroll changes via PSP will not catch up until 29th October, but will be backdated to the
implementation date.
However some units have not managed to reach agreement locally yet and everyone is working hard to enable
agreement ASAP; if those agreements get over the line and can deploy by the 5th October 2018, they will also see PSP
catch up by the 29th October 2018, and associated pay changes will be backdated to the date of deployment.
Any units still outstanding will follow the above pattern i.e. agreement deployed and then PSP process activated and
pay related changes implemented when PSP catches up, backdated to the date of agreement deployment.
Both parties recognise that the business is approaching the peak period with regard to seasonal volumes. Given this
it is accepted that there may be circumstances where it would not be prudent to deploy change during the pressure
period. Exceptionally, in such circumstances where agreement is reached but a decision is taken not to immediately
deploy, on deployment pay related changes will be backdated to the date agreement was reached.

Because his office cannot reach an agreement yet. so again why should he get a pay rise.

Its a moot point - the office will get the pay rise but it will be backdated for a nice Brucie.

If you are still on 39 hours it means you have a local office disagreement or more likely an area disagreement instituted by the union area rep to get the SWW taken off the end rather than the start of duty time. This is not what the CWU have agreed so eventually the disagreement will be dropped and will be on 38 hours.
Of course this is aside from the fact that the work is still there, has to be completed, and the work will inevitably be completed unpaid.

It’s people who do the unpaid stuff that ruins it for everyone stop sucking up to the bosses and with your time it’s embarressing all the people who start at 7.50am but in at 7am unpaid to try complete

Celgar - this is the time of year you really have them by the short and curlies, many of your posts indicate that you and/or your office work unpaid,
just complete to your hours or O/T if you want it but never, never, never work for free!!!!! If you go into the supermarket do they give you food for free????
