Standing up for your members? Don't think so with all the bullying and harassment problems. Paints the shareholders in a bad light, then reminds us all that we are shareholders. Alot of hot air. Actually do something to make our day to day lives at work less stressful. You shouldn't have to argue to get correctly paid every week. Just one example.

Why don't you listen to your members. Bullying and harassment is going on daily , probably in just about every office in the land. Virtually every week there's a walk out all due to the bulling by management. You need to speak to your members on the front line . Why can't you see what's going on ? Do you even care ? You seem to forget your Thier to represent your members , not royal mail.

Can't be arsed to listen to him prattle on, I think the three posters above have told me all I need to know about what he says - and more importantly, what he doesn't say.

Weak, toothless leadership ! An embarrassment to his memberships problem solving
B&H, intimidation still rife ! What is his response??
Change in culture ! Where is his action ?
A joke in reality, the only real focus of attention for Terry is his acting lessons, to enhance his PR improvement performances for joint statements with RM TV and giving the appearance of giving a s**t ! NOT !
A future in acting awaits or in modelling sharp suits.
He has truly lost his basic function and any credibility for representing CWU members. Like retired uncle Bob and his replacement Mr Baulch, processing and delivery are being sold short because NOTHING gets done !
Like the nationwide disputes currently going on only proves !

Maybe time for him and a few of the other top boys to lead by example and try doing a van share for a while
These guys aren't going to rock the boat ,there are too many of these higher cwu that have never done the job as it is
About 8 offices have walked in the last few weeks
Yes there's a culture change alright ,but no one said it would be for the better and it certainly isn't
We are paying for representation here ,week in week out and nothing is being done ,workers are getting sick,sacked or suspended,offices are deliberately being split in that certain people are being looked after and others getting bullied
No way are the guys that are being looked after going to stick up for those who are bullied,which creates a hostile atmosphere
The grievance and b n h procedure is total joke and unfit for the purpose ,the guys taking these won't rock the boat for fear of reprisal
People are forced over their time on a regular basis and intimidated,knowing they have quite a bit to lose if they stand up for themselves
The pension scheme is a complete and utter farce and is going nowhere fast if at all
Cwu and terry recommended voting for this whole farce and should be accountable ,even though the turn out was so bad .it still went through , u only have to look at how many voted originally for action and how many voted for the end result
It's not all about money ,it's about an achievable workload ,using the tools that were to get the weight off the back.
This must happen ,people must also have a start time and finish time and things on a level playing field or things are only going to get worse

Walk too impossibly big to complete any day without going over? Union's response, you could come off it and go on something easier....! Wtf, that really isn't the point. Some other poor bugger is then going to have the same problems! That's the sort of senior reps we're having to deal with!

Just do your best then and work to your time. I bet the union is sick of having to hold the hands of adults and wipe their behinds all the time.
