Mangers timing duties

Just heard we'll have a manager coming out on delivery and timing duties. I'd be interested to know what the process is to make sure it's getting done fair, surely a rep would need to be there also??? Plus, what's the point in having a PDA actuals if there still doing this lol

Also do it on a heavy Wednesday to get a true reflection ,rather than a light Tuesday which your manager would prefer.

But what if the rep is a runner?

The managers in our office use the rep to 'time' walks. But the rep is a runner. Carries bags, doesn't use trolley and shows off about finishing so quickly.

I dont understand this ego people have about doing the job quicker than others. There's no medal for coming first! (Only more work)

But if that work is being payed for and its ghost that's a big incentive to work quicker!

In terms of timing a duty, ghosting has nothing to do with this.

The rep is a cretin then. What f......g chance have you got when YOUR rep is a runner and not doing the job properly. Bin him and elect someone else and if nobody wants it use a floating area rep, because the one you've got sounds like me brown lounge to the dom.
