im looking for a written agreement to confirm with members the procedure of phase 3 for uncovered duty if they return within work hours.
being relatively new i cant seem to get an answer to where this may be in writing??

If you return before your finishing time then you can "as directed" be sent out/kept in to do more work! No procedure needed.

They are just asking you to work the hours you are paid for, simple.

yes they can ask you to stay or do more outdoor if you are back early its called working your contracted daily hours , but if they want to do that then he/she has to do that to everybody and not just single certain people out to do it .

Do you mean the 3rd phase of the Pay and Mod agreement from 2008? I think you might.
To ensure all paid work hours are utilised.
