Hi all received a letter today saying I delivered a special late and it was the second time in 2 months this has happened and that I have to attend a meeting any ideas on the possible outcome tia

The three C’s Coach, Council, Conduct.

If you haven’t received coaching after the first incident then this is all the can do. Why did you deliver it late?

If it's a meeting you're attending it'll probably go on your record and further action will be taken if it happens again within a set time period, usually 2 years in my experiance. Make sure you take a rep in with you.

How have you missed 2 in 2 months? These are your bread and butter, really shouldn't be happening.

First one was at end of round and I just forgot second one was 10 mins late I thought I was gonna get there in time no excuses just wondered what was likely to happen thanks

Things you could do to avoid another.
Write SD,s down on a card or paper indicating 1pm’s and foreigns.
Strike through for delivered and cross through for 739s.
Set mobile phone alarm for 12:30 daily.
If going into the prep frame, put them in a redirection bag so you can see them.
Keep them in a separate sack in trolley or box in the van.
Check you’ve brought back and secured 739s at the end of the loop.
Have a plan in case PDA packs up at 12:55 - sign for on paper and initial the time , take phone photo.

Dismissal averted!
