Hi anyone had to make a claim for damage to the car?. Been told i have to pay access is that right?

Excess - Yes

Its standard for any lease - I drive my mothers Motability car which is basically a lease - our excess is £100.

How much do you pay a week? Are you happy with it?
I am Considering getting one.
My last car cost 3k, I spent at least a few hundred every year on mot, car tax and tyres. Been told it’s rusted pretty bad underneath and probably only got a year left.
Thinking may be better of leasing.

It's all inclusive with no deposit so it is pretty good...i've needed 3 or 4 puncture repairs, all done with no fuss by quick fit, servicing was a bit of a cock up, zenith wanted to send me 50 miles away to a garage who couldn't provide a courtesy car so I kicked up a fuss and ended up getting an appointment with a garage a mile away...zenith then tried telling the garage they weren't authorised to do the service (after they had done it) so didn't want to pay up

Only downside is the car is made to order so can take around 3 months to arrive.

You can only get bad cars often with even worse engine choices and the payments usually end up more than if you had leased the same car elsewhere and done everything separately.

no expert in car leasing myself, but this is certainly the case with other RM "offers" where they let you overpay for electronic items. Id shop around before going with Zenith.

I stopped around and the price is slightly more expensive but that outweighs the deposit you wouldn't pay. Also most other leases I saw didn't include insurance.

It's an expensive way to get a new car in the long-term especially if it's a limited mileage deal.
It depends on how much you want/need a new car.
