I am on 24 hour contract but have been doing over 35 hours per week since July .. is there anyway to get my contract bumped up or even holiday back pay??

Holiday pay, no unless you raise a grievance with a view to an employment tribunal, or wait till the CWU sort it out. (They have been at it about 2 years so an update is round the corner)

We do have LTBs about it in the Union room area, might take some research though.

As to making your hours up, the Union can get the hours for an office reviewed every 6 months in certain circumstances, but there are certain limitations and drawback. Again a bit of research is best in Union room and it should be addressed in LTB and agreements about the 4 pillars.

Didn't the 4 pillars agreement mention a temporary contract change to reflect that actual hours that were being worked.
