Hello I am hoping that someone in the know could point me in the right direction regarding Royal Mail policies, national agreements etc involving having an AOD which are non blameworthy and which results in you needing to attend hospital appointments.
Can local management get you to make up the hours etc.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
