Comming up to 8 years and still...

Not full time... People had buy downs a few year ago bought back up people who dont work the hours made up . 8 years ive done the hours and all that happens is they take on from other offices and down that pecking order i go on senority. Always done full time where is thr justice . starting to get on my complete tits i do the hours week in week out and nothing.....

I feel your pain, it took me 14 years to be made up to full time.
Best thing is there was a colleague who took a buy down then 4 years later (after a revision and the powers that be realising our office needed more f/t'ers), the same colleague was top of the queue to be made up to full time.

Takes the p1ss when a full timer leaves and then a full timer from another office gets transferred over. The vacancy should be advertised within the office first so the part timers in that office can apply for it.

join the club in 10 years went from 25 hours to 29 on re-pick.no chance of full time in derbyshire.if you got the balls to walk like i did its recommened.i wont miss the doms at all and being messed about everyday.theres too much of a im all right jack attitude from the regular duty holders.your just a pay number like i found out,used to be a good job 20 odd years ago so they say but reserves always get treated unfairly.i wont miss xmas either
