I am 60
I am in ill health and would like to come off my walk and work in the caller's Office which I have done on a regular basis for 15 years
we are having a re sign and I have put in my application form to management already for the callers offfice.
We have four young people in the office already and I know that they do not want to come out and will put in applications also I have higher seniority then them all.
What are my chances of getting the callers office without having to go down the sick route

If you’re higher up the seniority list then your chances are very high
