New sheet signing in and out of the building

Last week we got a new signing in and out of the building sheet did any off yous ???
It's terrible think the manger made it up on spreadsheet.
It only has start time and Finnish time lol
2 sections.
So more health and safety no sign out time etc
If fire happens fire crew when called to office wouldn't know who's in building cause no slot to put time now when leaving to start delivery.

A fire crew will check the building so long as they feel it is safe to do so. Otherwise, they will only not conduct a search if it is absolutely certain that nobody is in the building - ie all potential occupants have been accounted for. In a large office, this is unlikely as people may have signed out but reentered the building because they have forgotten something, may have forgotten to sign in, gone sick and not signed out, have arrived back from delivery and dashed to the toilet, etc. If you have 100+ staff it's unlikely that you will be able to certainly account for them all.

The idea that the signing in sheet is a health and safety thing is, I think, a bit of a red herring. RM may officially view it as such, but it's patently an unreliable measure (often the sheets are not immediately available for those starting before 7am (on early overtime or on a job with an early start).

There's no role calls anymore during evacuations. been like that for at least a couple of years now

The proper signing in sheet has columns to write times in for when you first arrive at the office, when you leave to start delivering, when you return from finishing your walk & enter the building again, and the fourth column is for when you leave the building to go home. Any other design of sheet is not the official RM one for DOs.

Ours changed last week only 2 sections when you enter the building and finish time etc

same here, ours also puts your finish time in for you!
