Not that I know of.

In my DO there’s quite a few of us P/T staff doing full time hours. We’ve had both our union reps on to the DOM to get our contracts made up, but DOM keeps fobbing people off. Even moved his office upstairs, out of the way so he doesn’t have to deal with anyone. If you sneak to his office you’ll catch him not doing anything, if he can hear you coming though, he’s on the phone pretending to talk every single time.

I don’t mind not having the contract most of the time. But it really pisses myself and others off that when it comes to having a week off that we’ve worked hard for, we lose out on £100+. It’s an absolute joke and completely backwards.
Poor fella I know has been waiting for his contract to be made up for a while so he can go on a 3 week cruise. But he can’t afford to take 3 weeks off.

If you’re part time and working full time hours, it shows there’s a need in the business for more full timers and people should be offered contracts to reflect that. It should be that easy.

I believe you can ask to look at the RM computer system for job vacancies across the whole network.
It is very hard to get jobs filled within RM largely because the RM HR department staff are so utterly incompetent. A official complaint against them has just been lodged in our area. They really do need the sack!!
We have had a full time and a full four day job available for ages but no wants them or more likely the HR cacked it up. We are currently trying to get staff from other offices with help from union contacts but it is not easy still.

In the north west, 2 lads are tsking them to triburnal and are awaiting there dates be worth spreading the word and keeping an eye on this!!

It seems there's only part time positions available. I have just left RM and been replaced with a part timer.
