Managers leaving

I know it's become a shite job nowadays but there seams to be a regular turn over of managers these days and hear they are heading to parcel force,

Managers who leave should try to get employment at Thier local job centre,
Then they can bully and harass all the job seekers. And any body who's been unemployed will no what I'm talking about.

The last lost of Mangers on the Graduate scheme seem to be leaving in the 10s as they say they haven’t been through University and acquired thousands of pounds in debt just to be a postie. They are being sent here there and everywhere to pick up parts of rounds that managers can’t cover on overtime.

They must have been sold one hell of a lie in that case, why on earth do you need a degree to work for Royal Mail?

We recently lost one. He had a degree in IT, he left saying RM was in the dark ages - signing in and out on a sheet of paper, overtime on a sheet of paper IF you can find it.

I get the impression that every last recent grad manager has been promised Oh, only three months in a DO/Mail Centre and then you're off to a big, exciting job in headquarters.
