Part timer pay increase

30 hour contract increased pay this week including extra on basic plus allowances Greater London Area came to slightly over £11 a week. So assume that slightly less on 25 hour contracts and more on 32 hours. So that any overtime will earn slightly more per each hour.

No the hourly rate will be the same for everyone irrespective of the hrs that you do

Yeah the hourly rate has increased.

If you add up your salary plus delivery allowance then divide it by the number of hours you work then it should come to Just over £12 an hour.

But here's the thing. Part timers ACTUALLY get their pay increase when they're on annual leave too. Us full timers don't get a short working week when we're on holiday. Seem fair?
