PDA actuals

Just a question for somebody who knows...

Can any manager just decide to check out the info or does it have to be a DOM and only if they have good reason?
We have a lino threatening to check up on people's PDA actuals. Doesn't bother me as I have nothing to hide. Just curious as to whether the lino is full of it!

any manager can look and he /she doesn't need to have a reason. Managers only have access to their own office .Also you can request to see your info but only yours not your partner if you are in a shared van .Union official can look but only with your permission and have to be with a manger when they access it as they don't actual have access

Thank you. I'm glad we are allowed to look at our own. Be tempted to ask to see mine next time the lino wants to throw their weight about. See the panic when they realise they don't know how to!
