end of day - break

so been going over for months to complete and claim 20 mins break when get back as worked through it.
now been told cant do it have to take break - who is going to stop out and go over if you need to that, its bad enough doing hour over each day and now would be 1.20 over
yet people can still finish 20mins early if finishing on time.

Yeah that pixxes me off too. Tell your Dom that if they expect you to do it, the ones who finish early should too. Tell him you'll be checking .

No answer to that directly but if you work over 9 hours you get an extra 10 so 50 minutes in Total, I shall be having that today!
Our office say You should have 20 before you go out and 20’out there still some book it alll at the end. Bit of a grey area.

If I didn’t have a break (I always. Do) as the management said no to me booking it I would come back sit on my frame for 20 minutes and then book it

have you actually talked to your manager about this ? explain the situation that you dont want to go over if it means finishing another 20 mins past your time and will be forced to cut off.

Simple solution- take your full 40min break and then cut off. Your dom will soon have a rethink
