min notice for day off

hi I'm a 31 hrs postie that works on different routes on a daily or weekly basics ,is there a min amount of notice my manager should give me as reguards my day off or is 5mins before finishing the day before ok ??

Pretty sure you need 24 hours notice, it counts as a change in working rota.

Your rota should be done 2 weeks in advance.

Ours is done around 5:30am ON THE MORNING before everyone gets in.

dom got 1 on him i think i normally work my day off as he always puts me on a 1 in 6 jobs ,but I wanted to finish on my time last frid as had something on .sat he tells me im on a 1 in 6 job this week so i do monday no problem and at 1.30 he comes.up to me and says it's my day off tomoz . not got a problem with taking a day off and it be a Tue but would like to think that.i should have more notice than that!!

lol similar to our office. usually Saturday afternoon for the following week is when ours goes up.
